Why the name: B Well Now Central

I chose the name B Well Now Central because my ultimate goal is to bring to this site, several folks who provide an array of services and products together in one place that can help you be well in all aspects of your life.  You will therefore find links to another Reiki Practitioner, A Photography Artist, a local Candle Maker, My Independent Dealership site for Green Technology and Healthy Living and eventually to other sites as well. 

My vision for this site is to be the CENTRAL place you can go to to find your way to wellness within yourself, your living space, and your environment so you can walk your path with confidence and knowing.

What this Business means to me......

My goal for this business is by no means to be rich..... what I want most is to help people reach a higher understanding of themselves and find some semblance of peace in this chaotic world.  I wish to bring understanding to folks who struggle with the question of why we are here, and who worry if they are following the right path.  I believe that a better world on the outside begins with the inside.  I believe in a Higher Power, I believe in GOD, and I believe that we all have the power to reach that understanding and find our way to that Higher Power.  I do NOT believe that GOD is mean and wrathful.  And I also believe that how you find your way is not as important as actually finding the way.  What you call your GOD is what you believe to be true in your heart and in your spirit.  It does not mean that those who think or believe differently are wrong, it only means that what speaks to their heart and spirit is true to them.  We are all different and how we allow the Light into our lives is personal and different for each of us.  I do my very  best to remain respectful of that and ask only that you do the same for me.

About Intuitive Readings

Let me provide a little explanation of what to expect with a reading from me:

I am not a “Cleo” kind of reader.  Readings are meant for Spiritual Council so I will not recite the general or basic or book meaning of a card and tell you that you are destined to marry rich and live long.  My readings are intuitive readings that draws out your current issue that most needs addressing to help you connect with your Higher Self in a way that provides insight into your situation, your life and your Self providing you with the opportunity to see things from a different perspective and make a more informed and meaningful decision.  No ‘Outcome” is ever final!  You always have the right to choose where you want your path and your life to go.  Readings are meant to help you see the PROBABLE outcome of where your choice will lead you and will steer you towards the most SPIRITUAL PATH.

The cards used are for focal and visualization and are not necessarily read in a physical sense.  Your understanding of a basic meaning in a tarot card may not be exactly (or close) to what you have read in books or have experienced before - as I stress *ALL READINGS ARE INTUITIVE* - You will never be told something that you are NOT READY to hear but may hear some things that you DO NOT WANT to hear.  Often times, what is brought out in a reading is not what you are expecting, so please be open to the possibility that what is being brought into the open is something that you may need to address before you can move forward to deal with what you may think is your most pressing issue. 

You have the right and responsibility to stop a reading at any time if an issue is too painful for you to deal with at the present time. I have the right to end a reading at any time WITHOUT EXPLAINATION if I feel a reading is going in a direction that you may not be able to handle or that is pulling from a dark place. 

It is important to keep yourself open during a reading and to concentrate on the cards and what is being said.  Folks who have a tendency to a wandering mind will have a very disconnected and jumpy reading.  Folks who are blocked or “closed” may not be able to be “read” at all.  If this happens, I will end the reading and happily refund your money.

All readings will be done using classic tarot cards unless otherwise specified.  Other card choices are as follows:

Angel Cards -

Angels exist to help us -but for the help to be effective, we need to establish a conscious relationship with them.  The Angel cards are a medium through which we can make contact with the various levels of angelic existence and perceive our true-life situation.

Tree Magic -

Trees, as intermediaries between heaven and earth are able to convey messages to and from both realms.  In days past, people worshiped trees and believed they had a special connection with God.  Listen to the trees and let them help you progress onward and upward towards peace of mind.

Mayan Cards -

The Maya understood that all life was spiritual.  These cards, taken from the original Maya culture and drawing on the Mayan Long Count Calendar, can help you gain insight and clarity surrounding your situation.

About Reiki Therapy

Let me provide a little explanation of what to expect with Reiki & what it can do for you:
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word for representing universal life energy, the energy which is all around us.  It is derived from rei: meaning “free passage” and ki: meaning “vital life force energy”  The Japanese art of Reiki was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922 when he went on a meditation and fasting retreat to Mount Kurama in Kyoto.  Since that time, Reiki has spread all over the world, giving joy, healing and happiness to millions of people from all races, religions and social backgrounds.

During a Reiki session you will remain fully clothed and will lay on a table with a comfortable mat and pillows.  If lying is difficult for you, you may remain sitting during the session.  I will place my hands on your body (if you are uncomfortable with touching, I can “hover” my hands over your body) and allow the Reiki energy to flow through me into you.  Reiki feels different to each person.  Some folks feel warmth, some feel coolness (with some this may alter back and forth depending on what is needed), some folks feel vibrations or tingling or a combination of all of these things at different areas of the body throughout the session.  Some folks do not “feel” anything in particular or at all.  If  you are one who “feels nothing” please know that the Reiki is working and trust in it.  Some folks may even block or reject the energy, which usually happens unconsciously.  If I find that you are blocked or rejecting the energy I will do my best to help you work through it.  Reiki treats the mind, body and soul.  Most folks feel very relaxed and soothed during and after, although some may be energetic after the revitalizing and balancing effects of Reiki.  Please try to cut back on the caffeine and drink plenty of water before and after a Reiki session as it will help to cleanse the toxins from your body.  Reiki sessions can last from 40 - 60 minutes or longer so please allow enough time when scheduling to accommodate a full Reiki session.
