Let me provide a little explanation of what to expect with Reiki & what it can do for you:
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word for representing universal life energy, the energy which is all around us. 

Reiki treats the mind, body and soul.  Most folks feel very relaxed and soothed during and after, although some may be energetic after the revitalizing and balancing effects of Reiki. 

During a Reiki session you will remain fully clothed and will lay on a table with a comfortable mat and pillows.  If lying is difficult for you, you may remain sitting during the session.  I will place my hands on your body (if you are uncomfortable with touching, I can “hover” my hands over your body) and allow the Reiki energy to flow through me into you.   

Please try to cut back on the caffeine and drink plenty of water before and after a Reiki session as it will help to cleanse the toxins from your body. 

Reiki sessions can last from 40 - 60 minutes or longer so please allow enough time when scheduling to accommodate a full Reiki session.
